Wedding Pricing

We’re honored you’re considering Woodlynn Hills for your wedding day! Our rental price includes everything you need for your perfect day!  Elegant, new wood chairs, tables, lighting, private bar area, bridal loft, and more.

PRICING: $3,000 for all weddings in 2024. Contact us for 2025 pricing. 

DISCOUNT: Reserve your 2025 dates by June 1st 2024 to recieve a 15% discount!

DEPOSIT: $600 (Non-refundable)

In addition to offering a full-service bar under the tent, we can set up a variety of drink & cocktail stations for a portion or the duration of your reception. Our Bar Packages can be set up for a minimum of one hour (cocktail hour), a few hours, or your entire reception.

Parties of over 25 people will work with our Wedding & Event Coordinator to determine the best location on our property for your event. For gatherings of 25 people or less, please call The Whistling Farmer Pub at 585-990-8780 to make a reservation at our restaurant.
*Use of our indoor dining room for private events is subject to availability depending on the season.
** In 2024, outside caterers will be allowed to provide services in our outdoor pavilion area for events of over 25 guests.
